Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the program, your group must meet the following requirements:

• Delegates must reside outside the USA and Canada.
  
• All delegates must belong to the same country.
• A delegation must consist of at least of at least six (6) members – one (1) delegation leader and at least five (5) members.
• This program is not for members of the media or exhibiting companies.

How It Works
Follow these simple steps to apply and participate:

1. Submit the Application:
• Complete the Global Delegation Application and assign a Delegation Name.
• Wait for approval and receive the registration link for your delegates' registration.
2. Recruit Members:
• *This year, we have lowered the member requirement! Gather a minimum of five (5) practicing risk managers, six (6) total including the delegation leader.
• Share the discount code with them to register at the discounted rate.
3. Confirm Participation:
• Meet the minimum group size by April 22, 2026.
• Delegations not meeting the minimum requirement will revert to standard registration fees.
4. Enjoy the Benefits:
• Once the requirements are met, the delegation leader receives their complimentary pass.
