Neeti Bhalla Johnson is the President of Global Risk Solutions (GRS) at Liberty Mutual Insurance, leading its commercial, specialty, reinsurance and international personal lines businesses across 28 countries and overseeing more than $16 billion in net written premium. She has held this role since July 2021, following her tenure as President and Chief Investment Officer of Liberty Mutual Investments. Before joining Liberty Mutual in 2013, Neeti spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, beginning her career in London as an analyst in Investment Banking before moving to New York in 2002 to focus on tactical asset allocation for private wealth management clients; prior to that, she worked at the Central Bank of Kenya and the Nairobi Stock Exchange. Highly engaged in mentoring and employee resource groups, Neeti is recognized as a model leader within Liberty Mutual and previously at Goldman Sachs.
