Exhibit Space Includes:

  • Three exhibitor personnel badges (per 10' X 10' booth)
  • Company name and booth number listing in the 2012 RIMS Canada Conference Guide

  • Invitation to RIMS Canada Conference Opening Night Reception for all booth personnel

Specific Exhibit Hall locations are assigned once payment has been received.  Early registration provides the best opportunity for best booth selection.

In addition to hosting the 2012 RIMS Canada Conference from September 9 – 12, 2012, the City of Saskatoon is also hosting the 2012 Canadian Country Music Awards from September 6 – 9, 2012. This will provide a unique opportunity for sponsors and exhibitors to access great entertainment for their industry events.

With the overlap of these two national events, there may be challenges to exhibitors and sponsors of the RIMS Canada Conference to secure venues for their events. To assist you in planning your 2012 activities in Saskatoon we are providing a list of venues, restaurants and golf courses with contact information so you can get a head start in securing your venue of choice for 2012.
