Risk Management Magazine Picks Up Multiple Honors for Outstanding Design

RIMS’ Magazine Honored by Graphic Design USA and Association Media & Publishing
 
NEW YORK (July 2, 2015) — In a span of less than 50 days, Risk Management magazine, the premier publication of analysis, insight and news for risk managers, was presented with three 2015 American Inhouse Design Awards and the Silver EXCEL Award for overall design excellence. Risk Management magazine is published 10 times a year by RIMS, the risk management society™.
 
Presented by Graphics Design USA, the 2015 American Inhouse Design Awards are considered the premier showcase for outstanding work by inhouse graphics designers. In mid-May, three awards were presented to Andrew Bass, Jr., RIMS Art and Production Manager, for his layouts on the articles: “Mother Nature’s Red Tape,” July/August 2014; “Hacking the Hackers,” October 2014; and “when the Whistle Blows,” December 2014.
 
In June, Risk Management magazine was honored again for its graphic design by Association Media & Publishing.  The magazine was recognized for overall design excellence for magazines with a circulation of 10,001 to 20,000 at the Association Media & Publishing Awards Gala in Washington, D.C.
 
“Design is often the unsung hero when it comes to creating quality content,” said Morgan O’Rourke, RIMS Director of Publications. “It is especially gratifying to be recognized by our peers in the association publishing sphere and I would like to congratulate Andrew Bass for his contributions to this valuable member resource.”
